About IntiNova

Founded in 2024 by Gladys Muñoz, MPH, MBA, IntiNova Consulting was created in response to the inequities she witnessed in how small business owners—especially minority entrepreneurs—access social capital, financial resources, and real opportunities for growth. Many founders were left to navigate complex systems without support, clarity, or culturally informed guidance. IntiNova was built to change that.

Today, we support business owners from all backgrounds and industries, united by a shared goal: to grow with strategy, structure, confidence, and sustainability.
